Emily Rader became an attorney so that she could serve her community and help close the access-to-justice gap. When she heard the mission statement “Changing the World One Case at a Time,” she knew she had truly found a home here at McMurray Henriks, LLP.

Emily attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. In addition to being a merit scholarship recipient and earning top marks in litigation and writing, Emily spent her years in law school working with disadvantaged populations that often can’t afford or otherwise access legal resources. She interned with Disability Rights Legal Center in its Cancer Legal Resource Center and Public Counsel Law Center (the nation’s largest pro bono law firm) in its Consumer Law Program. Additionally she was a board member of Loyola’s Public Interest Law Foundation, helping to raise tens of thousands of dollars to support other students pursuing non-profit public interest work. Before attending law school Emily worked in hospital administration, giving her unique perspective and experience in healthcare related litigation. Emily’s diversified background, unending enthusiasm, and passion for serving justice make her an inimitable advocate for each of her clients.

In her spare time Emily enjoys cultivating her succulent garden as a reminder of her native home, Arizona.
